About 4 in a Blow
4 in a Blow is Connect 4 with power-ups. Drop tokens into columns and connect four in a row – horizontally, vertically or diagonally. In Blast mode, each turn charges a power meter you can spend to block a column, swap tokens, remove a token or drop twice. A power can never win on its own.
Play Classic against AI or a friend, Blast for the power-ups, or Wakie for a 90-second score-attack.
Because everyone already knows the basic rules, it's easy to start playing straight away – and the power-ups add a layer of strategy that keeps games surprising. The power-ups shake up a game many players know by heart, so even Connect 4 veterans have to rethink their usual strategies. It's quick to learn and well suited to short, competitive rounds.
