By using memorytestgame.io (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse it – for example by attempting to disrupt or overload it, scraping it at scale, circumventing technical measures, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Our Memory Test

The Memory Test and its scores are for fun only. They are not a medical, psychological or cognitive assessment and should not be used to diagnose or evaluate any condition.

3. Third-party games and content ownership

Except for the Memory Test, the games on the Site are created by third-party developers and embedded through distribution networks such as GameMonetize. All rights in those games, including their names, artwork and code, belong to their respective owners. Their availability, content and in-game advertising are controlled by those providers, and we are not responsible for them. Game descriptions and guides written for the Site, and the Memory Test itself, are our own content and may not be copied without permission.

4. Removal requests

If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site infringes your rights, or you simply want your game removed, contact us at contact@memorytestgame.io with the page URL and details that let us verify your request. We will review valid requests promptly and remove or modify content where appropriate.

5. No warranty

The Site and all games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Games may change or be removed at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or scores, arising from your use of the Site or of third-party games. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Site operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and nothing in them affects any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
