Wayfarers Return is a puzzle adventure about a young traveller trying to find his way home. Along the way he faces dangerous paths, deadly traps, mysterious creatures and clever obstacles, and each level asks you to discover the safest route through them.
It blends planning with timing. Some challenges are about reading the level and picking the correct order of actions, while others require good reflexes to pass a trap at the right moment. A simple attack (Space or J) lets you deal with certain creatures, but the main focus is on outsmarting the level rather than fighting.
Controls are WASD or arrow buttons for movement. With new challenges introduced level by level, it suits players who enjoy adventure-style puzzles that keep you alert, and who like a bit of story motivation to help a character finally return home.
