GEM MAHJONG swaps the usual characters and bamboo for fifteen colourful gem symbols that are easy to tell apart at a glance. The idea is classic mahjong solitaire: tap two free tiles showing the same gem and they are cleared. A tile counts as free when nothing covers it. Your goal is to dig all the way down through the stack before the timer runs out.
There is an extra twist: cleared tiles pass through a slot tray at the bottom, and if those slots fill up without a match, the level ends. That means you cannot just tap randomly. Four power-ups – Magnet, Sweep, Shuffle and Flip – help when things get tight, and two extra slots can be unlocked. The portrait layout was designed for quick phone sessions, but it plays just as well with a mouse. It is a bright, quick-paced version of mahjong for players who like a little time pressure.
How to Play GEM MAHJONG
- Find two free tiles (nothing on top of them) with the same gem.
- Tap or click both to clear them.
- Work down through the stack before the timer runs out.
- Watch the slot tray – if it fills, the level ends.
